Refund Policy

At Contours Medical Spa, our goal is to provide exceptional service and high-quality products. To ensure clarity and consistency for all clients, we maintain the following refund and exchange policy:

Service Refunds

All sales of services, treatments, and treatment packages are final.
Contours Medical Spa does not offer refunds for any completed or scheduled services. This includes prepaid packages, membership services, promotional services, and deposits. Services may be exchanged for another service of equal or lesser value. 

Service Transfer
Services may be transferred to another person of the original purchasers choosing.

Retail Products
All retail product sales are considered final.
Contours does not provide refunds on purchased at-home skincare or wellness products.
Exception: Adverse Reaction
An exchange or refund may be issued only in the event of a documented adverse reaction to a retail product purchased from Contours.
To qualify:

  • The client must contact the spa within 7 days of purchase.

  • The product must be returned with at least 75% of the contents remaining.

  • The client may be asked to describe or document the reaction so our team can assist and report the issue to the manufacturer.

If approved, Contours will offer either:

  • An exchange for another product of equal value, or

  • A refund to the original form of payment.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final and may not be refunded or redeemed for cash.

 

Booking Deposits

Booking deposits are required for patients with 3 or more No Show Appointments. Booking deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future appointment if the client complies with our cancellation policy.
